Doctors say over 80% of what walks into their office every day is stress related, nothing works better than hypnosis on stress. Stress can manifest itself in your body in a myriad of ways. When you relax your body and focus your mind, you'll be amazed at what you can do.
Chronic Pain – No matter where you feel pain, you experience it in your brain. It's the same as If someone closes a car door across the street. When that happens, you don't hear it across the street, you hear it in your brain. Same goes for pain. There may be pain in your foot, but you experience it in your brain. That's why hypnosis works so well on pain. I'll help you alleviate the pain and teach you advanced pain control techniques to help you manage it. Pain is in your brain.
Fibromyalgia – Hypnosis can be used to alleviate many of the associated symptoms experienced by sufferers allowing them to better manage the frequency and intensity of flare ups. The National Institute of Health in the US conducted a study showing that Fibromyalgia sufferers who used hypnosis to manage their symptoms reported 80% fewer painful episodes as opposed to those who did not use hypnosis.
IBS – The studies have been done. Hypnosis helps IBS sufferers to live with greatly reduced symptoms or often symptom free. It can be used on it's own or as an adjunct therapy to what you're currently using. See this page for an overview of published research to date regarding IBS and hypnosis. My last IBS client went from over 50 episodes a month to 3 episodes a month, in our first month 6 sessions. For more information, see the video below.
Migraines – Hypnosis is very effective for treating migraines, especially if you experience Aura, or visual signs of an impending migraine, giving you a chance to intervene before it starts.
