Being in hypnosis feels like that state you're in right before you fall asleep. It feels good, it feels like total relaxation. It feels just like that sort of dreamy, drifting state you're in right before you drift off to sleep. You're not fully awake, yet not asleep, just sort of relaxed and drifting.
No, you won't divulge any secrets or do anything to embarrass yourself. If you were about to fall asleep on the couch and someone came in and said, give me your password or tell me all your secrets, would you do it? No. It's just like that state you're in when you're falling asleep, you won't do anything you don't want to do, you're always in complete control.
No, you will never cluck like a chicken unless you just want to for some reason. Then you'll cluck as long as you'd like to.
No. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. If I stop talking, you will either fall asleep or wake up. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis anymore than you can get stuck in daydreaming.
It depends, sometimes people have an amnesic response and don't remember everything. Some people remember every word
Of course you can, it's your session. Most people see it as a personal experience and if they bring anyone, ask them to sit in the waiting room, but it's really up to you.
